Life Ends Before It Starts

Tiny yellow Fungi growing on a failed hatching of Leaf Insect - Phyllium philippinicum.
Its difficult to tell whether the Nymph is weakened due to infestation of the fungi or the fungi grows on it after it died from the failed hatching.

Note : This was seen at a Butterfly House that displays variety of live insects other than Butterfly. They breeds several species of Stick Insects/Phasmids.
