  1. I love them. I have seen them just twice and the last time I saw it I was more excited for it than I was for seeing a pit viper next to it :-D Posted 5 years ago
    1. Yes, they are not often seen due to their mimicry/camouflage, so its always exciting to find one what more to see one near/next to a viper, could have take a combination shot :D

Phyllium (Phyllium) arthurchungi is a recently described walking leaf insect in the order Phasmatodea
Phyllium are a textbook example of mimicry in nature and an almost perfect imitation of a leaf.
