Large-flowered Bellwort - Uvularia grandiflora Yellow flowers atop an angled stem with sessile leaves. I found a a patch of these flowers in a moist, mixed forest.<br />

The genus name comes from the anatomical term &quot;uvula&quot; that refers to the lobe hanging from the back of the soft palate in humans.<br />

Yellow flowers atop an angled stem with sessile leaves. I found a a patch of these flowers in a moist, mixed forest.
