Echinocerus floralis (synonym Plagionotus floralis, the generic name is still being discussed) is a beetle from the longhorn beetle family and the Cerambycinae subfamily. The species is mainly found in south-eastern Europe and rarely to very rarely in southern central Europe. In areas where the beetle can become a pest, it is called "luzerne longicorn"
