
Ground ivy. Glechoma hederacea
A really pretty little plant, often viewed as a weed in gardens but it has medicinal uses. It has been used to ease the pain of stinging nettles, simply rub the leaves on the stings, and has also been used to.flavour soups and stews.

"Glechoma hederacea" is an aromatic, perennial, evergreen creeper of the mint family Lamiaceae. It is commonly known as ground-ivy, gill-over-the-ground, creeping charlie, alehoof, tunhoof, catsfoot, field balm, and run-away-robin.
