I wasn't going to share this photo because of the quality, but wanted to anyway just to show how the whirligig's eyes are divided. I'll work on taking a better photo!

    A quick thought on this species name. Strange thing is that it's not known at any major sites (eol.org, inaturalist) and almost any search result points back to JD. Are we sure this name is correct? Is it just very obscure?

      I had it spelled wrong :/. It should be okay now as Dineutus emarginatus, NOT Dinetus emarginatus. Sorry!
