
Oenothera lindheimeri
Native to southern Louisiana and Texas, USA. Commonly known as Lindheimer's beeblossom, gaura, Lindheimer's clockweed, and Indian feather.
Clump forming, growing to 50 x 50 cm. Blooms spring through to autumn, pink flowers shaped like butterflies appear on long, thin stems over a long period during the growing season.
This cultivar is 'Belleza Compact'.

Similar species: Myrtles, Evening Primroses.
