  This was yesterday, when temperatures were a little lower, so these will sit on their host plant (Alliaria petiolata) in something close to a stasis and try to blend in with the small white flowers on the plant. Quite effectively actually - not at all easy to spot :o)

  Yes, they _are_ pretty, but also quite surprising how well they are camouflaged with this pattern on their host plant :o) Posted 5 years ago
