ROCK ONNNNN!! Wow, that puts things in perspective:) Amazing! Wow, the ambient light enhances it I think, colouring the picture from below. I like the fading of the stars at the bottom level, puts life in perspective. The tree reaching out to both the sky and the landscape is the cherry on top.
Personally I shot three shots/sessies of stars, but always failed to catch the north star itself:) Must prepare better for it:) Of late we have very humid weather over here in the Netherlands/Europe and the sky is blurred up almost all of the time. Can't wait for a clear sky!
Few Q's to fill my eager mind:
Did you use one long exposure, or did you combine single shots?
Wild guess: was it a one hour exposure in total?
