Xiphidium caeruleum in fruit, Haemodoraceae

Often captured in bloom, this widespread species seems to be rarely photographed with these brilliant red-coloured fruit.

Seen close to Montezuma Rainforest Lodge, Tatamá National Park, Colombia. This habitat is wet rainforest at 1,380 m elevation.
