  Thanks, yes the ISO is high due to using the 500mm on this one, which does not capture a lot of light in a forest like this. Plus it was hand shot, so raising the issue was the only option.

    I thintk the shot is worthy of a promotion, the atmosphere is quite different from the tother shots, the creature is beautifully captured and the blue bokeh is mysterious in origin. You still captured. Lot, given the iso height. Applause! Posted 9 years ago

The Indri

The indri, also called the babakoto, is one of the largest living lemurs. It is a diurnal tree-dweller related to the sifakas and, like all lemuroids, it is native to Madagascar.
