Have you been sneezing? These male flowers of the Pseudotsuga menziesii var. menziesii are the cause of some watery eyes, irritated throats and sneezing around here. They are also the cause of a yellowish deposit on anything left outside. <br />

        1. Christine, it is so thick (we have a lot of Doug-fir around here) you could brush it off the vehicles and make a paste. After these trees comes the pollen from the Shore Pines! Allergy season for sure! Gary Posted 5 years ago
