
Cinnabar Oysterling -Crepidotus cinnabarinus
This is a fairly rare species around here. It has a small (~1 cm), fan-shaped bright red fruiting body with pale yellowish gills. This specimen was old-ish and had lost most of the bright red coloring, fading to a more orange/yellow.
Habitat: Rotting wood
