Beautiful, pale pink coral fungi. The fruiting bodies were cylindrical with slightly tapered bases. They were very fragile and waxy.

''Clavaria fumosa'', commonly known as the smoky clavaria, is a species of coral fungus in the family Clavariaceae. It was originally described by Christian Hendrik Persoon in 1795. The specific epithet ''fumosa'' means "smoky".
