    1. Yes, most definitely! The whole island was much dryer and hotter than last time (march 2019) and we only found _very_ limited insect-life on all the (suffering) vegetation(!) The pool compensated for that nicely :o) Posted 5 years ago

Heterogaster canariensis is a true bug in the superfamily Lygaeoidea. Depending on taxonomic view it would be classified as family Lygaeidae or (if split up into an endless number of families) in the family Heterogastridae.
