
Fibroporia radiculosa

Bright yellow fungus on a dead, fallen pine tree in a flooded area in a dense hardwood forest clearing. The tree was very wet from being partially submerged in a large puddle in the dirt road.
Edges of growth a creamy color. Has a convoluted, spongy texture. Appears shaggy or fringed.
