Could it be a Humboldt's Squirrel Monkey - - the dark arms???? - not sure - there doesn't appear to be any definitive work that I can find to help identify???

Yet I'm also seeing photos online similar to yours attributed to the common squirrel monkey, where of course it is possible that those are misidentified.
It seems the fur around the crown being golden is one key to identify it yet, I'm seeing several photos where this is not clearly visible.
That was sort of where I was & thought that there may well be misidentifications too - San Jose del Guaviare or slightly downstream of it is well within the range on the Wikipedia map - which was where I was really coming from & that moved me away from the common - the yellow arms appeared to point that way too but there doesn't appear to be anything definitive - I'll ask my guides and see what they say as one of them was thinking of setting up a tour taking in 10 species of monkey around Guaviare - cheers

Visually, your photo definitely looks similar to the one found here:

In terms of distribution, your observation would be close yet just outside its known range, if we can trust this:

Altogether, I'm really not sure, sorry!
