What a catch! Shame about the fuzzy bit on the side of the photo, I am sure I could possibly edit it out. So pleased though with catching this nut...not touching the sides!<br />

  1. Love the shot, I don't find the fuzzy part that distracting. My attention is definitely drawn to the sharper parts, which are awesome! Posted 12 years ago

The Southern Yellow-billed Hornbill is a Hornbill found in southern Africa. It is a medium sized bird, with length between 48 to 60 cm, characterized by a long yellow beak with a casque. The skin around the eyes and in the malar stripe is pinkish.
