Yes, it was the only place we saw it and the owner of the small hotel was a big hummingbird fan, him & his wife gave up their jobs to set up a hotel/sanctuary about 15-20 years ago - they were visited by many twitchers - going out for full days seeking out individual hummingbirds 4-6 hours away. Too hard core for me, but a wonderful place, a labour of love, even down to the tree growing through the kitchen. Posted 5 years ago

The lazuline sabrewing is a species of hummingbird in the family Trochilidae. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest and heavily degraded former forest.
