      This fireworm is actually worldwide spread but you would never hear of it or see it unless you go underwater so it is completely understanding that you had never heard of it before :-)
      And that is the beauty of Jungle Dragon, indeed! the possibility to share with others what we see and keep learning on new species. Here I have also seen many species for the first time and some that I could not imagine they existed, before. So many thanks for joining us and please, continue enjoying the site! ;-)

The bearded fireworm is a type of marine bristleworm belonging to the Amphinomidae family, native to the tropical Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
