Coral Slime - Ceratiomyxa porioides Tiny (~1 mm), white coral slime. I&#039;ve never seen it so gooey before, so I&#039;m going to have to get the ID confirmed.<br />

Habitat: Growing in small clusters on rotting wood in a wet, mixed forest.<br />

A plasmodial slime mold in the Ceratiomyxidae family which is typically found on rotting wood. This particular species exhibits net-like wall formations on which spores develop.
