Just stumbled on this collage that I created years ago for use on a German forum. I'm going to be quick, dirty and lazy about it and just upload it as is for now.
Translation:
Red: First cross vein between Rs and M situated well beyond the tip of the intermedial cell Im (note that specimen of Ch. carnea s.l. with the vein more or less exactly at the tip (like P. gracilis) also DO occur fairly regularly!)
Green: A complete second row of staircase cross veins in the tip of the wing.

"Chrysoperla carnea", known as the common green lacewing, is an insect in the Chrysopidae family. It is found in many parts of America, Europe and Asia. The adults feed on nectar, pollen and aphid honeydew but the larvae are active predators and feed on aphids and other small insects.
