The Buttoned Snout (Hypena rostralis) is a moth of the family Erebidae (Lepidoptera: Noctuoidea). It is found in Europe.

The wingspan is 27–32 mm. The moth flies in two generations from August to October and again from March to June.

The larvae feed on hop.
