Boophis roseipalmatus, Andasibe, Madagascar This was first suggested as Boophis madagascariensis. However, a leading expert in Madagascar amphibians (Dr Mark D. Scherz) thinks it is Boophis roseipalmatus instead. Which would be surprising as Boophis roseipalmatus has only been described in 2010 as a species from the north. It is not expected to occur here in Andasibe.<br />

I&#039;m tentatively ID-ing it as Boophis madagascariensis because Mark&#039;s judgement carries a lot of weight. Should in the follow-up anything change, I will update the ID.<br />
