Lactarius subpurpureus Buff, flat cap. Gills were pink, purple, and cyan. Stipe was buff,pink, and green. The gills were attached to the stem, but were pretty dry and leaked a really scant amount of red milk.<br />

    1. I think the pink is dominant and it bruises blue/green when handled. You would never know what a beauty this mushroom was by just looking down at the cap! the caps are usually more attractive though, but this mushroom was old and dry. Posted 5 years ago
