  2. Do you still have more of this species to post? Posted 6 years ago
    1. No, I don't think so. Posted 6 years ago
      1. Okay...I want to do a FB post with a collage showing the variability...maybe next week. Posted 6 years ago
        1. Cool idea! Posted 6 years ago
  3. Interesting camouflage like a mossy piece of wood. And the little plant has me wondering what it is. A fern? Posted 6 years ago
    1. Didn't even notice the plant, lol. Sorry, don't know what it is. By the way, did you notice how incredibly variable the pattern of this frog is. Check out how all of the below photos are the same species:

      1. I did notice that variability and wondered how that comes about and why some have no green at all. Are these frogs in the photos all from the same general area or are they from more widely separated locations? Posted 6 years ago
        1. We found about a dozen all within about a 5 hour hike, so highly variable within a small area. Posted 6 years ago
          1. That is amazing! And I just noticed two more plants in the photo in the lower left and lower right. I think they are liverworts. Posted 6 years ago
            1. Thanks for that! Posted 6 years ago
