''Pseudophilautus mooreorum'', known as Moore's Shrub Frog, is a species of frogs in the family Rhacophoridae.

It is endemic to Sri Lanka. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
