  1. Ok, ok, I'll stop commenting on your shots, too many of them are great/tell a great story. I am jealous. Really! This looks like a romance indeed, though a bit off the scales, she really looks a bit pale:) Did you shoot this in a reptile zoo, or in nature itself?
    I captured one on camera in a dutch reptile zoo once, small but elegant and powerful creatures.
    Blue is due.. (ode to Jeroen Coolen) The world is full of merry folk. This is not one of them. <br />

The little frog was eyeing me quite a bit, I just know it felt blue in the same intensity it radiated blue. Gloomy but captivating, with just a bit of light on its back trying to cheer him up. It doesn't work though.<br />

''Dendrobates azureus'' is a species of poison dart frog found in the forests surrounded by the Sipaliwini savannah, which is located in southern Suriname and northern to central Brazil. ''Dendrobates azureus'' is widely known as the blue poison dart frog or by its Tirio Indian name, okopipi. Its species name comes from the fact that it is colored azure.
