We found one and got medium-distance photos. Then we hiked back to our car, parked in the visitor center parking lot, and found this one on the wall of the visitor center.       I know that feeling too. At Kirindy, Madagascar I was thrilled to find the white-breasted mesite. Being super careful not to spook off this rare bird in the forest. Taking an hour to corner it for a photo. The day after, it simply passed our lodge when we sat on the porch. As if just a chicken. Posted 5 years ago
