This spider has 3 pairs of black spots on the dorsal part of the abdomen...Plus, a few extra. I think the ID is correct, but am not 100% sure.

"Araniella displicata", the sixspotted orbweaver, is a species of orb weaver in the family of spiders known as Araneidae. It is found in North America, Europe, a range from Russia to Kazakhstan, China, Korea, and Japan.
