A Successful Fishing Trip! A Thamnopsis elegans ssp. vagrans (Western Terrestial Wandering Garter Snake) is trying to swallow a Tide Pool Sculpin (Oligocottus maculosus) whole. Fortunately for the snake it can dislocate his jaw making use of the hyoid bone.    <br />
