Platanthera × andrewsii? I had originally thought this was Platanthera psycodes (Lesser Purple Fringed Orchid) but it appears that this is a natural hybrid of Platanthera lacera and Platanthera psychodes. The fringes on the petals are longer than P. psycodes, the narrow part above where the petals flare out is longer than in P. psycodes, and the overall color is pale (P. lacera is white and so reduces the pink pigmentation in the hybrid). Growing along the edge of a hiking/biking trail in a damp area.
