Gynnidomorpha romonana? Feel free to double check this ID for me. It is the closest I could find (I tried the Aethes genus, but nothing matched this closely). It has only been found in Northern states, so I am hesitant to call this a firm ID. At a 395nm UV light setup at the edge of a dense mixed forest.
