    1. The E. strigalis I have seen around here have had long streaks/ dashes rather than muddy spots like this one.Also, not enough marks below the PM line on this one for that ID (I don't think)? Posted 4 years ago, modified 4 years ago

"Eudonia heterosalis" is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by James Halliday McDunnough in 1961. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Nova Scotia to Ontario and southern Quebec, south to Louisiana and Florida.
