    1. Well, yes ... it also makes most images a bit dark and gloomy, but for some it really works well. I like how the spider came out:
      Larinioides sericatus The two names Larinioides sclopetarius and sericatus are synonymous and have been exchanged as valid/synonymous varoius times in past years both seem to be in wide usage still. I've uploaded a paler version of this spider under the name Larinioides sclopetarius (westring, 1850) as the image linked below, but note that it is the same species:<br />
