Swim in the Ocean This was a surprise find for me.  Was out diving and while Boat was travelling between islands, we spotted something swimming near the surface of the sea.  Requested the Boatman to turn back and managed to get this picture with my mobile phone.<br />

This one was around 1.5-2 meters length.  As our Boat get nearer, it swam underwater and disappeared.<br />

The marbled water monitor or Philippine water monitor is a large species of monitor lizards found in the Philippines. It can reach a total length of 200 cm.
