Paragobiodon echinocephalus is a species of Goby from the family of Gobiidae.

Black to green body' green to pink to reddiesh head covered with tiny reddish bristles and may have blue spots. Usually in small groups or in pairs among branches of Pocillopora, Seriatopora and Stylophora branching corals.
