  1. Congrats on 900! Your productivity is unmatched. 18 months and you're already ranking amidst the top species contributors. Let's also not dismiss over 1,500 species photographed! And almost 5,000 photos. If you keep up sharing at this incredible rate, it seems inevitable that you'll become the biggest content contributor on the platform.

I know you're not the type of person the obsess over such stats, but it's worth mentioning. Because the most amazing thing is that this isn't just quantity. You consistently deliver high quality photography combined with accurate species IDs and educational descriptions.

I know what it takes to do that. It means devoting hundreds, and possibly 1000+ hours to this community. That, quite simply, is a heroic effort.

I could go on, but I won't, as it would distract you from posting ;)

    1. Thanks Ferdy! My nature passion (aka obsession) *may* be a bit obvious ;P. You're right, I don't think much about the stats, but it is fun to contribute and see the numbers increasing over time. Documenting nature is so important for conservation and education, and it helps remind people that every creature is beautiful and worthy of intrinsic value <3. Posted 6 years ago
