Frankly, only three forms should be recognized. Honek et al. (2005) call these spotted, chequered and dark. To me it makes more sense to use the names that have historically been associated with these forms the most frequently, being typica, decempustulata and bipustulata respectively. The latter is also often referred to as bimaculata. Maybe I should try and find out which name of the two would actually be best to use.<br />
