Cypress-leaved plaitmoss, Heeswijk-Dinther, Netherlands
Tentative ID that I will try to get verified by an expert. This is a highly variable species and there's a few other candidates. If the ID is correct, note that the dutch name translates as "billed claw moss". The claw part refers to the claw-like shape of the leafs, which you can see in the photo when you zoom in.
"Hypnum cupressiforme", the cypress-leaved plaitmoss or hypnum moss, is a common and widespread species of moss belonging to the genus "Hypnum".
