Big grub, megasoma actaeon janus? Not sure, maybe some other beetle. Quite large about 5 cms. living in rotten wood. I know that some of these grubs are edible, was tempted to try but noticed the dark black end, and it did poop. I could probably cut the end of, but that would mean spillage and losing most of the yummy liquid.
