
Spring Dead-leaf Roller - Cenopis diluticostana
I am only sharing this picture for the record because this is only the second time that I've ever seen this species, and both times, it came to the LED light.
TL: ~6-7 mm. Shiny orange FW with darker AM and PM bands. Hosts: Ash, possibly oak.
Habitat: Attracted to an LED light (395 nm) in a semi-rural area

''Cenopis diluticostana'', the spring dead-leaf roller, is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in North America from Quebec to Florida, west to Texas and Nebraska and north to Minnesota and Ontario.
The wingspan is 12–14 mm. Adults are on wing from April to August.
The larvae feed on the leaves of ''Fraxinus'' species.
