''Coleophora mcdunnoughiella'' is a moth of the family Coleophoridae. It is found in Canada, including Nova Scotia.

The larvae feed on the leaves of ''Cerastium'' and possibly ''Stellaria'' species. They create a trivalved, tubular silken case.
