Hepatica nobilis var. obtusa (Anemone americana) The rounded tips of the leaf's lobes distinguish this variety from var. acuta. Hepatica nobilis var. obtusa is also known as Anemone americana while Hepatica nobilis var. acuta is known as Anemone acutiloba. Flowers can vary from white to blue to rarely pinkish. This is, so far, the only bluish-colored flower in a population that is white-flowered.
