Panther Chameleon feeding on cricket
This is a somewhat staged scene where a guide was holding a cricket far away from this panther chameleon, after which it snapped its lengthy tongue to catch it. This is the "after" scene, I'll share the action shot with the full tongue launch soon :)

The Panther Chameleon is a species of chameleon. It lives in the eastern and northern parts of Madagascar in a tropical forest biome. Additionally, it has been introduced to Réunion and Mauritius.
