Callibracon limbatus White Flank Black Braconid wasp seen in repose on a window pane. The wasp has an orange head, black thorax and black abdomen with white patterns on the flank. The wings are tinted black in colour. <br />
Closely related to the Ichneumonid wasps and this species is a parasitoid of Longicorn beetle larvae. The ovipositor can be seen clearly in the photograph.<br />
