Gost Fungus — Omphalotus nidiformis I found it in the morning , not knowing it&rsquo;s identification. Back home I surched for its id . I was excited and went back at night to see if I could find it again to see it shining when dark. Bad luck , the forest there is so dense and no pathway. I gave up befor getting lost.<br />

"Omphalotus nidiformis", or ghost fungus, is a gilled basidiomycete mushroom most notable for its bioluminescent properties. It is known to be found primarily in southern Australia and Tasmania, but was reported from India in 2012 and 2018.
