    Lovely photo but that's not a Calandrella. It's a pipit, probably a Paddyfield Pipit. Note the fine, pointed bill (it would be shorter and thicker in the lark), and the elegant silhouette, with a fairly long tail (the lark would be more plump with shorter legs and tail).

The paddyfield pipit is a small passerine bird in the pipit and wagtail family. It is a resident breeder in open scrub, grassland and cultivation in southern Asia east to the Philippines.
