  1. Self-promoted....shameless I know. Posted 12 years ago
  2. I aspire to be this good one day. Posted 12 years ago
    1. I'm flattered, but please realize that I'm just an amateur. What helps here is that the subject in itself is quite beautiful. The other part is that my macro lens is simply awesome. It did not take a lot of skill to shoot this. Posted 12 years ago
      1. Quite right about the subject being beautiful. To achieve a shot like this though, I believe it does take skill. It takes patience and a keen eye, which you clearly possess both of. Posted 12 years ago
        1. Thank you again. I'm actually forcing myself to take more time for composition, because my strategy sometimes is to shoot a lot without thinking, because in the case of wildlife, the moment may soon be gone. Posted 12 years ago
          1. Yeah, that's what I'm like. Sometimes I'll sacrifice changing settings or getting a little closer in case I miss the opportunity. I suppose dslr's allow for many pictures to taken without worrying about film running out, etc. Posted 12 years ago
  3. Promotion well deserved!
