White-tailed Deer Track These tracks were quite large, and I think they are hind tracks. The hind tracks of deer have two hoofed, pointed toes that form a somewhat heart-shaped track. The outer wall of the track is mostly straight, while the inner wall is usually either straight or slightly concave. The snow was perfect to register this print, including the two dewclaws in back of the two long toes!
